海上风资源时空特性研究

Research of spatio-temporal characteristics of offshore wind resources

海上风况优于陆上,但海上气象要素直接观测较为困难,很难获得海域内准确、长期、大范围的完整实测资料,而在进行海上风资源评估时通常需要考虑海上风资源时空特性的影响。本文根据江苏响水海上测风塔和滩涂测风塔的实测风资料,对海上风资源的时间分布特点、风速垂直分布规律和水平代表距离进行了分析研究,可为海上风资源评估和海上风电场建设提供参考。

Offshore wind resources is better than in land. It is very difficult to obtain accurate,long-term, large range and complete wind data by measuring directly. The impact of spatio-temporal characteristics of wind resource offshore would be considered when assessing the offshore wind energe resources. In this pa-per, the temporal characteristic, the vertical distribution rule and horizontal range were studied and as-sessed by comparatively analyzing the whole wind data of two offshore anemometer towers and two anemome-ter towers in tidal flat, which can provide reference for the assessment of offshore wind resources and the construction of offshore wind farm.
