摘要
为了定量测度武汉城市圈可持续发展状态,为武汉城市群可持续发展提供决策依据与参考,基于"两型社会"理念,应用改进型熵值法对武汉城市圈可持续发展进行了综合测度。研究结果表明:武汉城市圈可持续发展能力总体趋势逐年提高,其中咸宁、仙桃和潜江市在研究时段内出现波动;2007年在确立武汉城市圈为"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验区后,各城市可持续发展能力指数都有了明显提高,武汉市在城市圈内首位度过高,可持续发展能力综合指数远高于其他城市;城市圈内部各个城市正经历着由高消耗的粗放式经济增长方式到节能降耗、循环利用的可持续增长方式的转变阶段。
Based on the “two-oriented society” concept,Wuhan city circle sustainable development capacity was comprehensively measured by improved entropy method.Study results indicated that:1) The general trend of Wuhan city circle sustainable development ability was increase year by year.2)Xianning,Xiantao and Qianjiang occurred fluctuation during the study period in the overall increasing trend.3) The urban sustainable development capability indexes have obviously improved after Wuhan city circle was established as “two-oriented society” comprehensive reform pilot zone in 2007.4) The primacy ratio of Wuhan is exorbitant in the city circle,the comprehensive index of sustainable development ability is far higher than other cities.5) Each city in Wuhan city circle is undergoing a transition phase from extensive economic growth mode by the high consumption to sustainable growth mode by saving energy and recycling.
