The ideological and political education falls into a certain category of communication process. The former and the latter display an obvious supplementary fit and commensurability. The theoretical findings and methodology of communication studies provide the innovative development of the traditional ideological and political education with valuable reference, and thus appropriate strategies and tactics should be adopted to optimize the communication process of ideological and political education and subsequently optimize its effectiveness.
