摘要
现代经济的快速发展和环境污染的日趋严重,使得工业污水对环境的影响问题日益突出。为此,文章开发了一种基于物联网技术的刷卡排污远程监测监控采样系统。该系统由中心平台和现场控制设备组成,采用物联网技术实现通讯,通过实时监测污水的流量、化学需氧量和氨氮等综合指标来刚性控制阀门的开关,并实现了刷IC卡预付费排污。同时针对监测因子参数的超标现象进行污水实时采集留样,便于进一步分析,做到执法有理有据。该方法与以往只对流量进行控制相比,收费更合理,执法手段更先进,为环保物联网的建立奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of modern economy, environmental pollution is increasingly serious, and the impact of industrial wastewater on the environment is increasingly prominent. For this reason, the remote monitoring sampling system for blowdown by IC card swiping is developed based on IOT technology. The system consists of a center platform and field control equipment, which uses the IOT technology to realize communication. Through real-time monitoring of the aggregative indexes such as sewage lfow, oxygen content and ammonia nitrogen content, the switch of the valve is rigidly controlled, and swiping IC card prepaid for blowdown is realized. According to over proof phenomenon of monitoring factor parameters, the real-time samples of sewage is done, which is convenient for further analysis and makes enforcement of the law justiifed. Compared with the lfow control only before, the system is mor superior in many ways, such as more reasonable charge, more advanced law enforcement means. A foundation for environmental protection IOT was built by the design.
