Analysis of Talent Demand by Markets of Automobile Maintenance in “Golden Triangle” Area

本文对奎屯市、独山子、乌苏市等"金三角"地区汽车维修服务市场现状进行问卷调查,通过比较分析找出了目前企业对汽车修理工岗位的技能需求情况,以及在目前汽修企业专业技能方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出了对汽车维修类专业人才培养发展的要求。

The paper investigates the status of the automobile maintenance markets in the form of questionnaire in the“golden triangle”area in Kuitun, Dushanzi and Wusu of Xinjiang. By analysis, the author of the paper tends to find the market demand for the skilled technicians. Data shows that there are some problems in the personnel fostering in vocation-al colleges and based on the problems the paper proposes some measures.
