摘要 民办高职院校五年制大专学生课堂教学作为民办高职院校人才培养的重要组成部分,一直是研究的热点问题。由于具有特殊心理和性格特点,在课堂教学中,民办高职院校五年制大专学生往往表现出心理素质差、适应能力不强、文化基础差、没有学习动力、思想品德差等问题,但他们也具有可塑性强、发展潜力大的优点。激励机制应用在民办高职院校五年制大专学生课堂教学中,能提高课堂教学授课效果,同时,也能改进五年制大专学生课堂行为表现,因而成为了民办高职院校五年制大专学生课堂教学管理的有效方式。 As an important part of talents’cultivation, classroom teaching of five-year college students in private voca-tional colleges is a highlight. However, the students in these vocational colleges, generally, have various problems in their learning. The paper argues that the incentive mechanism will have to be brought into classroom teaching so as to improve the effect of classroom teaching and to promote students’behavior in learning.
