少数民族大学生就业难及其负面影响的教育对策——以新疆为例

Educational Measures to the Negative Influence of Employment Difficulties of Minority College Graduates in Xinjiang

少数民族大学生就业难对民族教育具有严重的负面影响,导致高中生辍学、高考弃考和中小学辍学率增高。要解决大学生就业难及其相关教育问题,还要从民族地区教育实际出发,大力推广双语教育,搞好中小学生数理化基础教育,调整高等学校专业课程设置,大力发展中高等职业技术教育,改变大学生传统的就业观念等。

The employment difficulties of minority college graduates in Xinjiang have a considerable influence on the eth-nic education, leading to the increase of drop-out rate of elementary school pupils and high school students. The paper ar-gues that such measures should be taken to solve the problem as emphasizing bilingual education in the ethnic areas （eth-nic native language and Chinese language）, reinforcing elementary education, restructuring the curriculum in colleges to accord with the demands of the local markets, enhancing vocational education, and changing college students’ traditional employment ideas.
