血小板参数在放、化疗肿瘤患者中的应用

Application of platelet parameters in tumor patients with radiochemotherapy

目的探讨肿瘤患者放、化疗前及放、化疗后血小板参数的变化和临床意义。方法用Sysmex XN-1000型全自动五分类血液分析仪测定65例肿瘤患者放、化疗前及放、化疗后外周静脉血的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW),并与健康对照组比较。结果肿瘤患者治疗前与健康对照组间比较:PLT和MPV均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PCT和PDW差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PLT、MPV、PCT在放、化疗后患者组均明显低于放、化疗前(P<0.01),PDW则与放、化疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤放、化疗患者血小板参数的测定对观察其骨髓抑制状况和病情估计有一定的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the platelet parameters in tumor patients before or after radiochemotherapy.Methods The platelet parameters（PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW）were detected in 65 cases of tumor patients before and after radiochemotherapy by the Sysmex XN-1000 automatic hemacytology analyzer.Then the detection results were com-pared with those in the control group.Results Compared with the control group,PLT and MPV before therapy in the tumor pa-tients were significantly increased（P 0.05）. PLT,PCT and MPV after radiochemotherapy in the tumor patients were significantly lower than those before treated（P 0.05）.Conclusion The measuration of platelet parameters in the tumor patients with radiochemotherapy has certain clinical significance to observe the status of the bone marrow suppression and es-timate the state of illness.
