摘要 分子探针作为分子影像学不可或缺的载体,其制备方法伴随分子影像学仪器的发展而不断得到更新换代。无论是肿瘤和心血管疾病等常见病、多发病,还是基因病、少见病,当前疾病的诊断与治疗已经逐渐趋向于个体化。如何更快速地识别疾病的早期影像学变化并在此基础上予于治疗,这是分子影像学研究的重点。 Molecular probe is used as an indispensable vector of molecular imaging and its preparation method is frequently updated and renovated with the synchronous development of its equipment. Whatever a common or frequentlyoccurring disease such as tumor, cardiovascular disease, or genetic and rare disease the patients suffer from, the diagnosis of disease and its targeted treatment have gradually tended to be individualized. It is the focus of the study of molecular imaging for us how to more quickly identify the early changes in the disease imaging and meanwhile to give a treatment on the basis of this information.
