Regulation of health food in China

保健食品在日常生活中越来越受到人们的青睐,本文借助于国家食品药品监督管理总局开展的打击保健食品"四非"专项行动的案例,分析了目前我国保健食品在生产、流通、监管等方面的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。

Health food is more and more popular in people＇s daily lives. The current status and existing problems in the production, circulation, promotion and legal regulation of health food were analyzed based on cases involved in＂four illegal＂ special action in health food carried by the State Food and Drug Administration and the related suggestion was proposed.
