摘要
目的:评价含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液全合一营养液的配伍稳定性。方法:将含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液置室温(约25℃)下,24 h内取样检查性状、pH值、渗透压、丙氨酰谷氨酰胺含量、脂肪乳粒径分布及细菌内毒素等指标的变化。结果:含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液,24 h内脂肪乳粒径略有增大,其他指标均未见明显变化。结论:含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液配伍后在24 h内稳定。
Objective: To evaluate the compatible stability of all-in-one nutrient solution containing alanyl-glutamine for injection. Methods: Osmolarity, pH value, the content of alanyl-glutamine, the particle size distribution of fat emulsion and bacterial endotoxin were respectively determined after the solution was stored at room temperature for various time. Results: There were no obvious changes in all other indicators in 24 hours except the particle size of fat emulsion, which was increased slightly. Conclusion: The compatibility of this solution was stable within 24 hours.
