摘要
对带座外球面球轴承中轴承与轴承座之间的接触表面进行了受力分析,推导出了轴承座和外圈间的表面接触应力,进而给出了调心力矩的计算式,并结合配合表面的表面粗糙度值对调心力矩计算式进行了修正,最后给出了UC200系列带座外球面球轴承不同座孔偏差下调心力矩的实例计算。
The contact behavior between the bearings and housing of insert bearings with housing is analyzed,and the surface contact pressure between the housing and outer ring of bearings is derived. The calculation formula is given for aligning torque and revised based on roughness of the fit surface. Finally the calculation example is given for aligning torque of UC200 series bearings under various spherical bore tolerance of housing.
