摘要
通过计算28组在(0,1)准均匀分布的随机数组的统计量偏差,并重新计算其随机寿命的Weibull参数,发现形状参数κ或尺寸参数λ的分布是随机数组统计量偏离期望值造成的,并且可以近似表达为4个统计量偏离值的一次线性方程。与此类似,从4组实测疲劳寿命数据也可以得知它们的随机数组统计量,从而估计拟合Weibull参数的偏差。
Through calculating the statistical deviations of 28 sets of quasi- uniformly distributed random number sets within( 0,1) and recalculating the Weibull parameters of random life,it is found that the distribution of shape parameter κ or dimension parameter λ is caused by deviation of random number sets statistics from the expected values,and the deviations of recalculated parameter can be described as a linear equation of deviations of four statistics. The random number sets statistics can be obtained from 4 sets of measured fatigue life data,the deviations of Weibull parameter are estimated and fitted.
