高预应力支护在寺河矿西二盘区大断面顺槽巷道中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对寺河矿西二盘区巷道在掘进过程中围岩十分破碎、巷道变形严重、顶板和两帮位移较大、底鼓剧烈的问题,运用数值模拟软件,分析不同支护方案时预应力扩散情况和巷道掘进时期围岩变形破坏情况,并对支护效果进行观测研究分析。研究得出W23013顶板布置6根锚杆最为合适,压应力叠加区域非常明显,巷道顶板下沉量为86 mm,降低了69%,两帮煤体相对移近量为165 mm,降低了57%;锚杆直径为22 mm时,沿着锚杆长度方向围岩受力更为均匀。 In the tunneling process of West 2nd Panel in Sihe Mine, there were broken surrounding rocks, serious roadway deformation, disposition of roof and two side walls, and severe heaving floor. To solve the problems, numerical simulation software was used to analyze the pre-stress dispersion and deformation and fracture of surrounding rocks with different supporting plans. The supporting effects were observed. The results demonstrated that, for W23023 roof, it was most suitable to set 6 anchor bolts. Superposition areas of compressive stress were obvious. Deflection of roof was 86mm, decreasing by 69%, and relative convergence of two side walls was 165mm, decreasing by 57%. When the bolt diameter was 22mm, more uniform stress appeared along the bolt length.
