To solve the deterioration of coal quality in Zhenghang Coal Co., Ltd., a series of integrated management approaches were proposed, including production system upgrading, split charging, and subcarriage in terms of mining condition, transportation condition, and production management. The practice has achieved significant coal quality improvement and benefit increase.
