摘要
V法铸造装备是保障工艺过程实施的必要条件,也不同程度地影响着铸型和铸件质量。覆膜架,震实台,起模机构,砂箱等工装设备在造型过程中扮演着重要角色,通过分析工装设备对铸型、铸件质量的影响,指出了其结构性能的重要性。
The V-process foundry equipment is necessary for the V-process technique,and affects the quality of the mold and the castings in varying degrees,especially the plain jolter,the drawing equipment,the flask and so on.The influence of the foundry equipments on the quality of the castings was analyzed,the importance of the structure property was pointed out.
