摘要
在深入了解编钟相关知识、确定创作思路后通过三维软件Pro/E来设计编钟3D数字模型,并结合快速成型技术中的FDM技术打印出相应的实体模型,在实体模型基础上采用硅橡胶复制法复制出编钟的蜡模,经蜡模定音后运用熔模铸造的方法就可以成功铸造出所设计的编钟。该实践过程证明:将现代的快速成型技术与传统的艺术铸造融合起来可以成功地铸造出能够奏乐的编钟,该实践思路是可行的。
After a good understanding of chimes,we confirmed the creative ideas,designed a 3D digital model of chimes and printed out the corresponding solid model through the three-dimensional software Pro/E,gained wax chimes using silicone rubber replication method.After that,the copper casting of chimes could be successfully produced using investment casting.The practice proved that the practice idea combining modern rapid prototyping technology with the traditional art casting to make a successful chimes is feasible.
