西宁特殊钢股份有限公司炼钢厂除尘风机原液力耦合器调速控制方式节能效果不理想,且设备故障率较高。改造为高压变频控制方式后节省大量能源,同时减少设备损耗,提高了设备利用率。
The energy-saving effect of speed control mode for the original hydrodynamic coupling of dust blower in steelworks of Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. is not ideal, and the failure rate is high. After the transformation to high-voltage frequency conversion control mode, a lot of energy has been saved, the wear and tear of equipments has been reduced, and the utilization rate of equipments is improved.
