人造沸石负载TiO_2光催化降解印染废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了人造沸石负载TiO2的复合光催化剂,利用XRD对该催化剂进行了表征,并研究其对活性艳蓝降解率的影响。结果表明:光照时催化剂降解活性艳蓝的效果比无光照时要好。在一定的催化剂用量范围内,其降解率随催化剂用量的增大而增大,达到一定值后降解率变化不大;当活性艳蓝的浓度为100 mg/L、pH=5时,负载配比为1∶6的复合光催化剂,其粒度为60~80目、用量为1.5 g/L时,降解率可达96.3%。 The composite photocatalyst, titanium dioxide(TiO2) supported on synthetic zeolite, was prepared by solgel method and characterized by XRD, and its effect on degradation rate of reactive brilliant blue solution was studied.The results showed that the degradation effect of the catalyst on reactive brilliant blue solution with light was better than the effect without light. Within a certain range of the catalyst amount, the degradation rate increased with the increase of catalyst dosage, after the amount of catalyst reached a certain number, the degradation rate changed little. When the concentration of reactive brilliant blue solution was 100 mg/L, the pH value was 5, the mass ratio of synthetic zeolite and tetrabutyl titanate was 1∶6, the particle size of the catalyst was between 60 and 80 mesh, the mass concentration of catalyst was 1.5 g/L, the degradation rate of the reactive brilliant blue solution reached 96.3%.
