石蜡加氢产品质量分析和探讨

Discussion and Analysis on the Quality of Paraffin Wax Hydrogenation Product

介绍了目前高桥石化石蜡的生产情况,针对近年来石蜡加氢精制产品质量有所下降的情况,通过对石蜡原料、装置生产工艺参数、石蜡生产工序等进行跟踪和汇总分析,找出了石蜡产品质量波动的主要原因,即由石蜡原料的质量下降和加氢精制催化剂受劣质蜡原料连续冲击而累计造成活性降低引起的,同时提出了增加石蜡加氢精制预精制和装置原料过滤器改造等方案来保证石蜡质量。

Described the current production status of paraffin wax in Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Company. Aiming at the quality decrease of refined paraffin wax, tracked and reviewed the probable factors, including raw materials, processing parameters, production processes. It was concluded that the main causes for the quality fluctuation of paraffin wax were the quality decline of raw material and the decrease of catalyst activity caused by continuous impact of inferior paraffin wax.Meanwhile, several suggestions were put forward to improve the paraffin wax quality, such as adding pre-refining process and modifying the raw material filter.
