HPLC-ELSD法测定参鹿健肺胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of AstragalosideⅣ in Shenlujianfei Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

目的建立参鹿健肺胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）;流动相为乙腈-水（32∶68）;流速为1.0min·mL-1,柱温为30℃。PL-ELS2100型蒸发光散射检测器（漂移管温度：80℃,雾化温度：50℃）,载气（氮气）流速1.5mL·min-1。采用外标两点法计算含量。结果黄芪甲苷在选定浓度0.0264～0.2640mg·mL-1内有良好的线性关系（r=0.9950）,回收率为99.61%（RSD=0.60%）。结论本法方便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂中黄芪甲苷的定量分析。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine Astragaloside Ⅳ in Shenlujianfei Capsules. RESULTS AstragalosideⅣshowed a good linearity in the range of 0. 0264 ～ 0. 2640mg·mL- 1,r =0.9950,the average recovery was 99.61%（ RSD =0. 60%）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be applied in quantitative determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Shenlujianfei Capsules.
