高效液相色谱法测定蒲地蓝消炎片中腺苷的含量

Determination of adenosine in Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets by HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定蒲地蓝消炎片中腺苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇∶水（10∶90）为流动相,检测波长为260nm,体积流量为1.0mL·min-1,注温为30℃。结果腺苷对照品在浓度为0.0128～0.128mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=0.92%。结论方法简单准确,重现性好,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,适用于蒲地蓝消炎片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of adenosine in Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets by HPLC. METHODS The HPLC with a C18column（ 250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm） was used. Methanol-water（ 10∶90） was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 260nm,flow velocity was 1. 0mL·min- 1. The temperature of column was 30℃. RESULTS The linear range of adenosine was 0. 0128 ～ 0. 128mg·mL- 1,the average recovery was 99. 45% with RSD of 0. 92%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible with exclusive property. It can be used for quality control of Pudilanxiaoyan tablets.
