不同气动载荷对大长径比弹箭柔性变形的影响

摘要 为了得出大长径比弹箭在自由飞行过程中柔性变形的变化规律、变形量的大小和弹体变形后应力的分布情况,文中通过ANSYS软件进行网格设计、气动载荷的计算及结构的计算,采用流固耦合的数值计算方法对不同马赫数下自由飞行的弹箭进行耦合分析,得到了弹箭的变形量大小和全弹的应力分布,为大长径比弹箭的设计与研究提供相关的理论依据。 In order to attain variation law of flexible deformation, deformation degree and stress distribution after rocket deformation during free flight of rocket with large length/diameter ratio, ANSYS software was used for grid design, aerodynamic calculation and structure cal- culation, then the numerical method of fluid-structure interaction (FSI) was used for analysis on the free flight rocket with different Mach number in this paper, then the rocket' s deformation and stress distribution were obtained with the ANSYS. This result can provide theoreti- cal basis for the design and research of rocket with large/diameter ratio.
