心理控制源对毕业生职业决策困难的影响研究

The Study of the Influence of Psychological Controlling Locus of Graduates' Professional Decisions in their Career

毕业生的职业决策困难主要受缺乏信息的影响;内控性与职业决策困难呈极其显著的负相关,有势力的他人和机遇与职业决策困难呈极其显著的正相关;心理控制源对职业决策困难具有一定的预测力,但心理控制源的三个维度并不具有同等效力。毕业生心理控制源与职业决策困难存在显著相关,其中,内控性因子和机遇因子对职业决策困难能起到预测作用。

With 288 graduates as the research subjects,a survey is made through questionnaires to explore the influence of psychological controlling locus on their career decision-making.The results show：（1）that graduates＇ professional indecisions result mainly from a lack of information;（2）that the relationship between their intro-control nature and their career indecisions is extremely significantly in negative correlation whereas the relationship between the opportunities offered by influential others and their career indecisions is extremely significantly in positive correlation;（3）that their controlling locus have certain predictive power for their career indecisions,but the three dimensions of their controlling lotus don＇t have the same effect;（4） that the relationship between the subject graduates＇ controlling locus and their career indecisions is in significant correlation;（5） and that among the three dimensions,especially,the intro-control factor and the opportunity factor have a predictive effect on their career indecision.
