摘要
金融危机后我国"用工荒"问题的突显,已经引起全社会的高度关注。"用工荒"问题的出现既有我国经济社会发展过程中国家宏观制度方面的因素,也有企业和农民工自身的因素。文章结合后金融危机时代特征、科学发展观以及构建社会主义和谐社会的相关要求,运用马克思相对人口过剩理论,对"用工荒"问题进行探讨,提出解决我国"用工荒"问题的相关对策建议。
China's "labor shortage" problems has become particularly prominent and has aroused great concern of all the people since the financial crisis. The reasons for the problems of "labor shortage" lie not only in the national macroeeonomic system in China's economic and social developing process, but also in enterprises and migrant workers themselves. Based on characteristics of the post-financial crisis era, scien- tific outlook on development and the relevant requirements of building a socialist harmonious society, by applying Marx's relative surplus population theory, this paper tries to explore the "labor shortage" in China and finally put forward the suggestions to solve the "labor shortage" problem in the host-financial crisis era.
