浅谈建筑施工企业员工离职的现状和对策 被引量:2

摘要 近几年,随着国家基础建设的投入降低,建筑施工市场形势日益严峻,伴随而来的是大量施工企业员工的离职,仅2011年国有施工企业离职率就高达12%,新形势下的市场局面和人才利用,给施工企业生产经营和企业未来发展提出了严峻的挑战。文章就人才流失对企业造成的危害、企业人才流失的原因以及如何有效得减少人才流失等问题进行阐述。
