摘要
气密箱与炉顶天车之间有多层平台和设备,炉顶天车不能直接吊装气密箱,该方案利用了现场下密阀轨道有利条件,自行设计气密箱推移小车将气密箱向东推移到天车吊装位置,避开了上部多层平台,实现了气密箱安全吊装,解决了气密箱更换吊装技术难题。本文针对酒钢炼铁厂7#高炉炉顶气密箱推移吊装方案进行了总结,对气密箱拆除推移安装中遇到的问题进行了跟踪分析,并制定了解决问题的措施,优化了施工方案,为今后大高炉气密箱更换提供了技术参考。
Because there are muhilayers platforms and devices between air tight box and the blast furnace top crown, the top crown cannot directly lift the air tight box, in the scheme, taking advantage of the favorable conditions of the seal valve orbit in the scene, the car for moving the air tight box is designed to push the air tight box east to the crane hoisting position, away from the upper layers, which realizes to safely lift the air tight box, and solves the technical problems of replacing and lifting the air tight box. The paper summurizes the replacing and lifting scheme for the air tight box in JISCO 7 # blast furnace, analyzes the problems of replacing and lifting it, puts forward the measures, optimizes the construction scheme and provides technical reference for the air tight box renlacement of blast furnace.
