摘要
本文主要结合碳钢薄板厂炼钢工序三座120t转炉在线生产的实际运行情况和氧枪口氮气封实际密封效果,通过分析改造密封用气源,节约冶炼成本,增强了氧枪在冶炼时的密封效果,提高了安全生产,减少了烟尘外泄对环境造成的污染。
This paper mainly combines with converters production in the steelmaking process of actual sealing effect of nitrogen fire-sealing on the the actual operation of three 120t carbon steel sheet mill （JISCO） and the oxygen lance outlet, by analyzing and remoulding the sealing gas source, it can save the cost of smelting, enhance the sealing effect of oxygen lance in the smelting, improve the safety in production, and reduce the leakage of smoke and dust pollution to the environment.
