摘要
储运矿线选3胶带机及其卸料小车承担着向选烧厂输送原矿原料的任务,是我单位重点设备,也是原矿石输出唯一渠道。随着近两年生产量的加大,暴露出选3卸料小车与胶带系统生产能力不匹配,设备故障率较高,进而影响生产。本文简要阐述了对选3卸料小车技术改造的必要性和改造方案。
The belt conveyor system and its dump mine car convey the ore raw materials to the sintering plant, and they are the important equipments and the only channel output of ore transportation. With the increase of production, there is a mismatch between the ore dressing 3 dump mine car and the production capacity of belt conveyor system and high the equipment failure rate which affects the production. The paper briefly elaborates the necessity of technical transformation on the ore dressing 3 dumper car and the transformation scheme.
