导赤散加味治疗慢性前列腺炎110例

Treotment of chronic prostatitis with Jiawei Dao Chi San (red-abducting powder with supplements)in 110 cases

目的 了解导赤散加味对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法 应用导赤散为主组方 ,结合直肠指诊、化验检查进行综合分析 ,辨证加减用药 ,治疗慢性前列腺炎 110例 ,并与口服环丙沙星片、回春通淋丹组 40例作对照。结果 治疗组近期治愈率 36 4% ,总有效率为 91 0 % ,对照组近期治愈率仅 15 0 % ,总有效率为 72 5 % ,两组的有效率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To assess the effectiveness of red\|abducting powder with supplements in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods\ 110 cases of chronic prostatitis were treated mainly with the red\|abducting powder.The identified patterns of the disease and findings of physical palpation exam through the rectum and lab tests were used as a guide for enhancing of reducing the medication.40 cases treated with oral antibiotics and Hui Chun Tong Lin Dan (return\|of\|spring and free strangury elixir) served as the control group.Results\ The curative rate in a short period was 36.4%,and the tolal effective rate was 91.0%,while the figures in the control group were 15% and 72.5% respectively.The statistic difference in the effective rate was remarkable ( P <0.05).Conclusions\ The red\|abducting powder with supplements is quite effective for the treatment of chronic prostatitis.\;[
