不同修复材料对前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者牙周状况的影响

Effects of different repair materials for anterior teeth with crown lengthening crown restoration periodontal status

目的研究牙冠延长手术后采用氧化锆全瓷和金属烤瓷冠修复对患者牙周状况的影响。方法选择2011年7月～2013年9月来院需要牙冠延长术＋冠修复治疗患者196例,用数字法随机分成观察组98例和对照组98例,观察组患者采用氧化锆全瓷修复;对照组采用金属烤瓷修复,对比两组修复后的牙周状况,术后戴临时修复体时间以及术后康复时间。结果观察组疗效正常者占83.67%（82/98）,显著高于对照组的65.31%（64/98）;轻度病损者占8.16%（8/98）,显著低于对照组的21.43%（21/98）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后戴临时修复体时间为（14±2.15）天,术后康复时间为（61±3.15）天,均明显少于对照组的（20±3.16）天,和（92±2.18）天。两者差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在前牙牙冠延长术后,采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复比采用金属烤瓷修复耗时更短,改善情况更佳,安全系数更好,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To study the impact on periodontal status of crowns extended surgery patients used zirconia ceramic and metal ceramic crowns.Methods 196 patients needed surgical crown lengthening＋crown repair were randomly divided into observation group（98cases）and control group（98cases）.Patients in observation group were treated with zirconia ceramic restoration,the control group using PFM restorations.The recovery time,temporary restoration time after operation and postoperative wear were observed.Results The curative effect of observation group（83.67%）was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.31%.The mild lesions of observation group（8.16%）was significantly lower than that of the control group（21.43%）.The temporary restoration time and postoperative recovery time of patients in the observation group were（14±2.15）d and（61±3.15）d,which were less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the anterior teeth after crown lengthening,the zirconia ceramic crowns with less timeconsuming than metal ceramic repair can improve the situation.
