摘要
目的探讨曲美布汀联合黛力新片对Ⅱ型糖尿病并胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法选择63例符合诊断标准的Ⅱ型糖尿病并胃肠功能紊乱患者,在控制血糖的基础治疗上,随机将患者分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,治疗组给予口服曲美布汀片200mg 3次/日、黛力新1片1次/日;对照组给予维生素B1片20mg 3次/日口服。结果治疗组胃肠功能紊乱症状明显改善,总有效率93%,两组比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论曲美布汀联合黛力新片能有效治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病并胃肠功能紊乱。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimebutine maleate combination with deanxit tablets on diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal disorders.Methods 63 patients with diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal disorders were divided into treatment group（n=33）and control group（n=30）.All patients were treated with insulin to control blood sugar.Treatment group were administrated with trimebutine maleate and deanxit tablets.The patients in control group were given vitamin B1 tablets.Results The symptoms of Treatment group could significantly improve.The total efficiency rate of Treatment group was 93%.There was a significant difference between the total efficiency rat of the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is a good program to treat diabetes mellitus patients with gastrointestinal disorders with trimebutine maleate and deanxit tablets.
