健康教育在高血压管理中的临床意义

Clinical significance of health education of hypertension management

目的探讨与高血压相关的健康教育对血压的影响。方法选择门诊就诊的高血压患者447例,按数字法随机分为对照组213例和干预组234例。对照组按高血压常规治疗并根据血压调整用药。干预组患者除按对照组治疗外,还定期参加以高血压知识为主的健康教育培训。比较两组患者治疗一年后的服药依从性、治疗率及血压控制率。结果完成试验后干预组治疗依从性、治疗率、血压控制率均有显著改善,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与高血压相关的健康教育对高血压患者的血压控制具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education on hypertension.Methods Hypertensive outpatients were randomly divided into control and intervention groups.For control group,the treatment method for hypertension was remained and the medicines were adjusted according to blood pressure changes.For intervention group,the patients were required to attend hypertension knowledge based health education beside for outpatient treatment.Results The therapeutic compliance,therapeutic and hypertension control rates for the intervention groups were significant different from that of the control groups.Conclusion The hypertension-related health education exhibits an important clinical significance in the blood pressure control.
