从出版角度梳理了《诗创造》到《中国新诗》的过程,借以探求"九叶派"的形成原因:《诗创造》团结了四十年代中后期诗坛大部分诗人,孕育了现实主义和现代主义两大诗人群。诗创造社编辑出版的《创造诗丛》是现实主义诗人群占主体,继之的《森林诗丛》则是现代主义诗人群占绝大多数,而《中国新诗》的创刊则标志着现代主义新诗派(也称"九叶派")的独舞。
