Based on an analysis of the relationship between the essential requirements of socialist democracy and the mass line,this article expounds the implementation ways by which the socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics is combined with the mass line as well as the barriers,arriving at the conclusion that activities of the mass line are a case of China-style democracy which meets the demands of China＇s reality.
