On the basis of a brief introduction of the corresponding theories on the indifference before justice,this article expounds its causes as well as puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as perfecting security mechanism,rebuilding social trust,strengthening moral education,advocating the use of wisdom before justice,implementing love education and safeguarding fairness and justice.
