液压大型抓斗上下横梁与铲体制作工艺与方法研究

摘要 文章通过对18m3抓斗的上下横梁和铲体关键的铰链装配、焊接及机加工工艺的改进,配备一定的辅助工装,解决了机加工难、焊接应力集中、焊接变形等问题,满足了图纸要求的同轴度,使得抓斗的开启闭合符合图纸工况要求。 Based on a study of the improvement on the assembly,welding and machining techniques for the key hinges for the 18m3grab's upper beams,lower beams and the grab's body,combined with the auxiliary tooling,this article attempts to solve such problems as difficulty in machining,welding stress concentration and welding deformation,which satisfies the requirements of the drawing in concentricity and enables the opening and closing of the grab to accord with the requirements of the drawing in working conditions.
