基于AHP的航海技术专业毕业生适任性模糊评判方法研究

Research on the Fuzzy Judgment of Navigation Technology Graduates' Competency Based on AHP

文章根据船员职业的特殊性和SOLAS公约新要求,利用AHP基本原理,构建了航海技术专业毕业生适任性评价模型,运用模糊数学建立了隶属度函数,得到毕业生适任性模糊评判矩阵,并通过模糊评判获得了适任性综合分数。通过实例运算,证明了该方法的科学性和实用性,为有关部门提高航海技术专业毕业生适任能力提供依据。

In view ofthe characteristics of seamen＇s career and the new requirements of SOLAS convention,combined with the basic principles of the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,this article constructs the competency evaluation mode for navigation technology graduates,the subjection function via fuzzy mathematics as well as the fuzzy judging matrix for graduates＇ competency.In addition,the comprehensive grade is calculated via fuzzy evaluation.The calculation demonstrates that this approach is scientific and practical,which is of great reference significance for the promotion of navigation technology graduates＇ competency.
