摘要
文章分析了当前高职院校科研工作中存在的问题及其成因,并以笔者所在单位为例,对规范科研管理、完善科研激励机制、提高教师科研素养、激发教师科研积极性等内容进行了有益的探讨,具有一定的指导意义。
Based on an analysis of the problems arising from scientific research in vocational colleges,taking the author＇s work unit as a case of study,this article studies this subject from such angles as standardizing scientific research management,perfecting the incentive mechanism,promoting teachers＇ qualities and arousing teachers＇ enthusiasm as well.
