文章通过对辅导员利用微博开展思想政治教育互动的现状进行分析,探讨了其中存在的问题,并从转变思想、亲身实践、改变方法等方面提出了辅导员如何利用微博进行高职思想政治教育互动的对策。

Based on an analysis of the status quo of the counselors implementing ideological political education by means of micro-blog,this article studies the problems arising from this field as well as puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as thought transformation,personal practice and method transformation.
