摘要
应急物流系统主要由应急指挥中心、应急物流中心以及应急物流信息系统三个主要部分组成。其中,应急物流信息系统贯穿于整个应急物流救援过程中,是应急物流中十分重要的一环,主要由预警、储备、配送、监控、决策、评价6个子系统构成。探讨了将数据挖掘技术应用于应急物流信息系统的构建过程中,利用数据挖掘发现有价值的潜在信息,并提供给应急物流信息系统的各个子系统,以便支持应急决策。
Emergency logistics system consists of three main parts:emergency command center, emergency logistics center and emergency logistics information system.Among them,emergency logistics information system runs through the whole process of emergency rescue activity,so it is a very important part of emergency logistics.Emergency logistics information system is mainly composed of six subsystems:early warning,reserve,distribution,monitoring,decision making and evaluation.This paper discusses how to apply data mining technology in the construction of emergency logistics information system,using data mining to find potential and valuable informa-tion,and providing each subsystem of emergency logistics information system with information so as to support the emergency decision making.
