新生代农民工心理安全感状况及提升策略

The Current Situation and Development Method of the New-generation Migrant workers′ Psychological Safety

心理安全感影响个体的认知、情绪和行为反应。为了解新生代农民工的心理安全感状况,通过对在武汉市收集的508份有效问卷数据进行统计分析,发现新生代农民工的心理安全感处于中等略偏上水平,90后和未婚新生代农民工的人际安全感更高,90后、具有本科及以上学历、未婚和月收入更高的新生代农民工的控制安全感和整体心理安全感更高。最后对研究结论进行讨论,并提出提升新生代农民工心理安全感的建议。

Every one′s cognition,emotion and behavior will be affected by their psychological safety.In order to know the current situation of the new-generation migrant workers′psychologi-cal safety,this paper did an investigation into 508 samples from the enterprises in Wuhan.It found that the new-generation migrant workers′psychological safety was at the middle level.The interpersonal safety of the new-generation migrant workers who was born in 1990s and didn′t get married was higher than others.The control safety and psychological safety of the new-generation migrant workers were higher than those who were born in 1990s and those who didn′t get mar-ried and those people whose educational background was undergraduate or above and those whose monthly income was at a high level.In the end,the conclusions and the suggestions of developing the new-generation migrant workers′psychological safety were discussed.
