摘要
表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)是一种物理光学现象,由入射光波和金属导体表面的自由电子相互作用而产生。基于SPR原理的传感技术在光学、化学、生物、医疗等领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。在SPR角度调制原理中,主要涉及两种方法:菲涅尔公式法和薄膜矩阵法。文中基于这两种理论方法,通过Matlab编程模拟出SPR角度扫描理论曲线,在相同参数下两种方法模拟出的曲线完全一致;并基于Matlab GUI编写一个用户可视化的SPR曲线模拟程序。
Surface Plasmon Resonance( SPR) is a phenomenon of physical optics,which generated by the interaction of the incident light wave and the free electrons of the metal. Based on the principle of surface plasmon resonance sensor,detecting technology has been widely applied in the optics,chemistry,biological,medical and other fields. In the SPR angle modulation principle is mainly related to two methods: Fresnel Theory and Film Matrix. Based on the two theoretical methods,we have simulated out the SPR angle scanning curve by Matlab programming. The curves are exactly the same under the same parameters. And we also write a visualized SPR curve simulation program for user based on Matlab GUI.
