摘要 虚拟现实技术是当今计算机科学研究的一个热点,将虚拟现实技术应用到化工设备是化工设备培训的发展趋势。文中基于Unity3D平台,应用3Ds Max、Photoshop软件完成三维场景建模。采用JavaScript和C#语言,通过对NGUI界面交互技术、声音字幕协同技术、场景交互技术的研究,结合设备培训实际需求,完成基本信息、设备结构、工作原理、标准操作、故障分析五个功能模块的开发,实现化工设备虚拟培训。实践结果表明,基于Unity3D的化工设备虚拟培训系统具备良好的三维展示和交互功能,培训者上手容易、操作简单,起到了良好的培训效果。 Virtual reality technology is a hot topic in today’ s computer science. It is a trend to apply virtual reality technology to chemical equipment training. In this paper,using 3Ds Max,Photoshop software to complete three-dimensional scene modeling based on Unity3D platform. Adopting JavaScript and C#,through research of the NGUI interaction interface technology,voice subtitle coordination technolo-gy,interactive technology,combined with the actual needs of equipment training,complete the development of five functional module,the basic information,equipment structure,working principle,standard operation,fault analysis to achieve chemical equipment training. The result shows that the chemical equipment virtual training system based on Unity3D plays a good role on three-dimensional display and in-teractive function. Trainers can learn and operate the training system easily,which plays a good effect.
