基于工作流的协同管理系统的研究与设计

Research and Design of Collaboration Management System Based on Workflow

针对一项事物需要不同部门协同完成和系统管理缺乏人性化的现状,文中为企业管理系统引入了工作流技术。依据工作流技术的实现思想,采用JavaScript脚本和VML实现图形化管理界面,并且将图形管理模式应用到企业流程定制和流程审批中,实现企业工作流程的界面化管理,在需确定流程定制无误的基础上,进而将图形语言转化成数据语言存入数据库,同时还可用数据库的存储数据生成相应的图形直观反映业务审批结果。此外,工作流技术的引用,不仅能简化企业管理流程,而且会提高系统的可用性和企业的流程再造能力,有助于企业部门间协同工作,实现企业协同管理。

In order to solve realistic question that different departments cooperate to accomplish a work as well as systems management is lack of humanity,introduce the workflow into management system. Moreover,imitate the workflow to design the graphical management function which includes JavaScript scripts and VML technology. In addition,to achieve enterprise workflow management interface,the graphical management model is used into process designing and process approving. Meanwhile,the system would change business process graph into data language and store it into database after make sure that the process is right. Of course,the system also provides the graph of process which is consistent to the information in database. In summary,with using workflow technology,the system not only simplifies business management processes but also improves system availability and business process reengineering capabilities. It is helpful for en-terprise to work together to achieve collaborative management.
