阿尔茨海默病及轻度认知障碍与Hcy的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)及轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)与血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系,以及与叶酸及维生素B12的关系。方法连续收集山西医科大学第一附属医院神经内科确诊的AD患者52例及MCI患者81例,采用病例对照研究的方法,按病例组的年龄、性别、教育程度互相匹配随机选出对照组80名,测定同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸及维生素B12水平。结果 3组间Hcy水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AD组、MCI组Hcy水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而AD组与MCI组之间差异无统计学意义。AD组、MCI组及对照组叶酸及维生素B12水平差异无统计学意义。结论血浆Hcy浓度升高很可能是AD及轻度认知障碍的发病危险因素,尚不能认为Hcy是MCI患者向AD转化过程中的危险因素,MCI向AD发展的影响因素尚不明确。
