重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将34例急性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组(16例)和对照组(18例)。两组患者均给予抗心力衰竭常规治疗,治疗组加用重组人脑利钠肽,首次静脉注射负荷剂量为1.5μg/kg,之后以0.007 5μg/(kg·min)剂量持续静脉泵泵入,连续用药72h。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后3d的临床症状、心率、血压及左室射血分数(LVEF)等变化,并测定患者血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后3d心率、LVEF、NT-proBNP浓度均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人脑利钠肽可以显著改善急性心力衰竭患者的临床症状和心功能,降低血浆中NT-proBNP的浓度。
