日粮中添加抗氧化应激添加剂对羊肉品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了分析日粮中添加抗氧化应激产品-爱克多对羊肉品质的影响,选择年龄相同的健康绵羊24只,分为试验组(12只)和对照组(12只),测定血液抗氧化指标。结果表明,试验组血样谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量较对照组多6.19μ/mL,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血浆蛋白质和血浆羧基含量分别较对照组少2.9μ/mL、0.18μ/mL,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);丙二醛含量为1.29μ/mL,也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明在绵羊日粮中添加500g/1 000kg爱克多可有效提高机体抗氧化水平,提高羊肉品质,延长新鲜羊肉保存时间。 Agrado is an antloxadant product that can be directly used on hvestock, lhe same age healthy sheep were divided into two groups of 12. The control group was fed the basic diet the test group was fed the basic feed supplemented with Agrado(500 g/1 000 kg). The results show that blood antioxidant index in the test group was obviously superior to that of the control group. Glutathione peroxidase content is (6.19 ±2.63) u/mL more than that of the control (P〈O. 05); plasma proteins and plasma carboxyl content was (2. 9±6.41,0. 18±0. 95)μ/mL less than the control (P〈0.05) propionate dialdehyde 1.29±1.04 less than the control group (P〈0.05). The results show adding Agrado in sheep diet can effectively improve the antioxidant level of sheep, and improve mut- ton quality as well as prolonging the storage time of fresh mutton.
