原发性气管支气管肺淀粉样变1例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 淀粉样变是一种不明原因的淀粉样蛋白异常沉积于细胞外软组织而导致的少见疾病。淀粉样变累及多脏器,也可局限于某个组织或器官病变。据病变累及部位淀粉样变分为系统性病变和局限性病变两种。在局限性淀粉样变中以呼吸系统的原发受累为主。介绍我院2013年发现一例支气管肺淀粉样变,并文献复习。临床资料患者,男,62岁,因＂发热伴咳嗽、咳痰半月＂入院。患者入院前可能受凉后出现寒战、发热,
