基于共建分成模式的IDC机房经济效益评估方法研究

Research on Economic Assessment Method of IDC Room Based on Co-Building and Shared Revenue Model

在通信运营商IDC机房采用自建与共建相结合的环境下,提出针对共建分成模式的经济效益评估方法。该方法以一次性投入、运营成本、每年收入这3方面为输入,通过营改增后的经济效益分析,得出4项财务评价指标,有效地指导运营商与合作方的投入分成比例取定以及经济效益的预判。

With comnmnication operators＇ IDC rooms adopting the combination of self-building and eo-huilding, the economic evaluation method of co-building and shared revenue was put fro＇ward. This method inputs in a one-time investment, operation cost, annual income. Through analyzing the economic benefit after the eamp increased, it was concluded four financial evaluation indicators which effectively guide the communication operator and partners to fix shared revenue proportion on the basis of inputting into ln＇oject capital proportion.
